UK MAINLAND
All orders placed by 12pm will be delivered on a next working day service as standard.

Free UK delivery is offered as standard.

Orders will be dispatched via a courier service and will require a signature. To avoid a delayed delivery please provide us with special instructions when placing your order regarding where the parcel may be left safely, whether it be on your property or with a neighbour. This will be at your own risk.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm via courier.

All orders will be despatched in one consignment. In the event that something is out of stock all items will be shipped once all goods are available.

UK and Ireland Delivery: Free of Charge on all orders

European Standard Delivery Charge EU Countries: £20.00

European Standard Delivery Charge (Non EU): £35.00

US & Canada Standard Delivery Charge: £60.00

Australia & New Zealand Standard Delivery Charge: £60.00

The Rest of the World Standard Delivery Charge: £60.

We use both Paypal powered by worldpay for our payment systems, Alternatively you can call us during office hours to make payments over the phone for any orders on 0207 987 7341. Paypal adhere to the most stringent levels of security, ensuring that your details remain safe throughout the transaction process.

CUSTOMS
Design Wharf are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.

RETURNS

We do appreciate that from time to time that you may want to return an item to us with this in mind we try and make it quick and easy for you to return a product.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, then please return your item within 14 days to us . It must be in its original condition. If your item has been opened or used then we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Any goods that are faulty or not fit for purpose will be exchanged or refunded.
